Applying For Visas At a U.S. Consulate

In cases involving Visa processing at a U.S. consulate or an embassy, preparation is a key component in the success of obtaining said Visa. A “Visa” is the vehicle that is going to allow you to travel to the U.S.

These U.S. consulates and embassies process all types of visas, from non-immigrant visas (like a tourist, student, work, etc.) to immigrant visas (where you are stating that you are going to live permanently in the U.S.).

Most visa applicants are not allowed to bring their immigration attorneys to their Visa interviews. However, most consulates recognize when an applicant is represented by an attorney and will communicate with the attorney. We routinely prepare our clients for their Visa applications.

“Before anything else, preparation is the key to success.” Alexander Graham Bell.
