Fees & Pricing
Flat Fees
Flat fees provide peace of mind and predictability. You’ll know the total cost of your immigration matter before we begin. There will be no hourly billing or surprise invoices. Most of the services we provide are handled on a flat fee basis.
Examples where a flat fee may apply:
- Employment-based petitions (such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, PERM, or H-1B cases)
- Investment-based visas (E-2, L-1, or EB-5 filings)
- Family-based petitions and adjustment of status applications
- Naturalization and citizenship filings
- Requests for evidence (RFE) and responses to USCIS inquiries
Flat fees work best when the scope of representation is clearly defined from the start.
For more complex or evolving matters, we’ll outline any additional work transparently and confirm all fees before proceeding.
Hourly and Retainer Arrangements (Pay As You Go)
For immigration matters that are complex, unpredictable, or may require extended work over time, we offer an hourly billing structure supported by an upfront retainer.
How a retainer works:
- You pay an initial retainer amount based on the estimated time and complexity of your matter.
- Each month, hours worked are deducted from the retainer at the agreed hourly rate.
- If funds remain when your matter concludes, they are returned to you.
- If additional time or work is required, we may request a retainer replenishment before proceeding.
This arrangement is most common in certain EB-5 investor cases, corporate immigration compliance, multi-stage filings, and consular or post-approval matters where timelines and workload can evolve.
How Our Fees Compare
The Bottom Line
Before we can provide a specific quote, Attorney Abraham Benhayoun will need to review the details of your case during your initial consultation. After understanding your goals and circumstances, we’ll explain which fee structure applies, whether flat fee or hourly, and outline exactly what you can expect.
You’ll leave the consultation with clarity about the process, the next steps, and the total investment involved.
No surprises. No hidden costs. Just clear, honest guidance tailored to your immigration goals.
Frequently Asked Questions
We believe that every immigration matter deserves focused, individualized attention from an experienced attorney. For that reason, our firm does not offer free consultations.
Your initial consultation is a dedicated strategy session with Attorney Abraham Benhayoun. During this meeting, he will carefully review your background, goals, and eligibility, then outline the best legal options available to you.
This one-hour consultation ensures that you receive clear, reliable guidance, not generic information. The consultation fee is $250, and if you decide to move forward with your case within ten days, that amount is credited toward your legal fees.
Some immigration matters involve third-party expenses that are separate from the firm’s legal fees. These may include government filing fees, translation or courier costs, or fees charged by agencies such as USCIS or the U.S. Department of State.
Whenever additional expenses are expected, we will identify them in advance and obtain your approval before incurring any costs.
Our goal is to ensure you always know exactly what to expect — no hidden fees, no surprises.
Our fees are comparable to other reputable immigration law firms that provide personalized, high-quality legal representation. We are not the cheapest, and we are not the most expensive.
Our focus is on delivering clear guidance, predictable billing whenever possible, and exceptional value for the work and attention each client receives.
When you hire our firm, you’re investing in experience, precision, and a team that treats your immigration journey with the care it deserves.
Because immigration matters involve government decisions that no attorney can control, our firm does not work on a contingency or “success-based” fee structure. We also do not guarantee the outcome of any case.
What we do guarantee is our commitment, preparation, and professionalism at every stage of your process.
All legal fees are explained clearly in writing before representation begins, and you’ll always know exactly what to expect before any work starts.
